These Terms govern your purchase and use of The Creative Lever and this website, provided by Ayra Studio LLC (“Ayra,” “we,” “us”). By purchasing or using the product, you agree to these Terms.

The product

The Creative Lever is a digital educational product: a system of training, prompts, references, and templates for producing AI-assisted content. Optional add-ons may be offered at checkout. Access is delivered digitally after purchase.

Payment

Purchases are processed by Whop, our payment provider and merchant of record. Prices are shown at checkout in U.S. dollars. By purchasing, you authorize the charge for the item and any add-ons you select.

License and acceptable use

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials for your own business. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or repackage the materials, or share your access with others. All content remains our intellectual property.

No guarantee of results

The product is educational. We make no guarantee of specific income, results, or outcomes. Any figures or examples shown are not typical and are not a promise of your results, which depend on your product, effort, market, and other factors outside our control. Nothing here is financial, legal, or professional advice.

Refunds

Our refund terms are described in our Refund Policy, which is part of these Terms.

Third-party tools

The method references third-party AI tools (such as those we name in the materials). Those tools are governed by their own terms and pricing, and are not provided by or affiliated with us. You are responsible for your own accounts and use of them.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ayra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the product or website. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law rules.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
