Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with The Creative Lever. This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through this site, which are processed by Whop, our payment provider and merchant of record.

30-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your purchase price within 30 days of the date of purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

How to request a refund

Email alex@ayrastudio.co from the address you used to purchase, with “Refund” in the subject line and your order details. We will process approved refunds to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days. Refund requests are also handled in accordance with Whop’s policies as the merchant of record.

Add-ons

Optional add-ons purchased at checkout are covered by the same 30-day guarantee as the core product.

Chargebacks

If you have any issue with your order, please contact us first — we are happy to help and will honor the guarantee above. This is faster than a chargeback and lets us resolve things directly.
